Summer is over in Geneva. The days are getting shorter, the leaves are changing colour and the nights are cold. Inside the Forum, things are hotting up for the Annual Meeting in January. There are operations meetings, deadline memos, task forces, onsite plans….It’s a huge undertaking. The build up gets higher and higher until February when there is a collective collapse by the staff.
